What High Temp means

On the Cafe undercounter beverage center CCP06BP and wine centers CCP06DP and CCR06DM (2018 and newer), the High Temp alert sounds when the temperature is outside the normal range. Wine and drinks are warming up beyond the set level. The alert warns you before bottles are affected, so treat it as a prompt to check the door, the load and the room.

Common causes of High Temp

  • Door held ajar or gasket leaking air
  • Warm bottles loaded in quantity
  • Hot room or blocked ventilation around the unit
  • Cooling not keeping up
✓ One safe check you can try

1. Snooze the alert with Alarm. 2. Close the door fully and check the gasket. 3. Make sure the vents are not blocked. 4. To turn the alert off and on, hold Display and Alarm for 3 seconds. 5. If the alert returns, call us.

! Why to stop there
  • If the unit cannot return to the set range, cooling is the concern.
  • We check the door seal, airflow and the cooling cycle.
  • A written price comes first.
Opening a panel yourself does not automatically cancel a manufacturer warranty, but it can cause accidental damage, and some manufacturers set their own service conditions. Check your warranty terms, or ask us, before deciding.
