Why does my screen say Water Filter Expired?

The cartridge needs to be replaced. Pour a glass and the screen asks you to confirm the filter change. The screen will keep asking until the change is confirmed.

How do I clear it?

Replace the XWFE filter and confirm the change on the screen. The confirm button is on the screen when you dispense water. Water still flows in the meantime.

I replaced it and it still shows. Why?

The change may not have been confirmed, or the filter is not seated. If it still shows, the reader needs testing. Tap it only after the replacement.
