Warm and wet usually means the heat is there but the moisture is not leaving. We check the fan and the vent flap that lets damp air out of the tub.
Is a loud pump always a bad pump?
No. Glass, seeds and bits of plastic in the sump can make a loud noise. We clear the sump first, and only replace the pump if the sound remains.
